We do our best to ensure your order is adequately packaged and done so with care so it reaches your hands safely.

Shipping Costs

Flat rate: $9.95 NZD - Express nationwide shipping on all NZ orders.
Free shipping on all orders where product value ordered is over $300 NZD

Processing & Dispatch

We pack and dispatch twice weekly on Tuesdays and Fridays. If a public holiday should fall on these days orders will be packed on the business day prior. During peak times (sales, holidays, or weather events), dispatch may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 1–3 business days

Rural delivery: add 1–4 days

Public holidays or severe weather may cause slight delays outside our control

Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and link via email. If you run into any issues, please email info@stephpeirce.com

Signature Required for Orders Over $200 NZD

For security purposes, all orders with a total value over $200 NZD are sent with signature-required delivery. This means someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. Requiring a signature helps reduce the risk of lost or stolen parcels and ensures higher-value orders reach you safely.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been delivered and signed for, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. If you believe there has been an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Authority to Leave

If you request authority to leave or redirect your parcel, this is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for parcels once delivery instructions have been changed with the courier.
